• Non-Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (NDEPCs) are legally required for every commercial building when constructed, sold, leased or transferred in to a private or corporate pension scheme.

• Under current NDEPC regulations, commercial buildings are categorised in terms of complexity - Level 3, 4 & 5. In most cases commercial buildings fall within the standard level 3 category and these account for approximately 84% of the UK’s commercial premises. Talk Green can handle all levels.
